The Amtrak train to the west coast - Sunset Limited. We use classic west coast hops to transport you - Liberty, Centennial, and Cascade. A simple malt bill of pilsner, wheat, and a touch of  victory malt allows the hops to shine through. A nice abv of 7.1% and a low bitterness keeps the party to the west coast going.
