Steiny the Elder, West Coast Double IPA

When Dan Stein asked me to make a west coast ipa in the vein of Pliny the Elder, I said "hell yeah" and was extremely honored. With the classic Simcoe and Columbus hops, this dank, fruity, and spicy/piney ipa will send you to the Northern California coast. And maybe to bed at 9.5% abv :)
