Arrondissement, French Saison with Sauvignon Blanc Grape Juice and Meyer Lemon Leaf

Our Olympics beer. An ode to Paris and summer! The arrondissement are the neighborhood sections in Paris. We used a French saison yeast, French hops, and wine grape juice to create a dry saison that is an absolute summer sipper. The neighborhood-foraged Meyer lemon leaves added in the boil contain a good amount of citrus oil, which provides a strong lemony and rustic note in this beer.
