HAZY IPA featuring Comet and Citra hops, and El Dorado hop terpenes
Do you go to mass every Sunday or just at Christmas? Do you eat a burger on Fridays in lent or take the opportunity to gorge yourself on catfish? For this recipe we picked and chose from the ingredients we had laying around for this hazy. I wanted to showcase a little used hop in hazies, Comet. Comet provides a nice grassy and grapefruit character. There’s a little Citra on the hot side for good measure, and the El Dorado hop terpenes provide a tropical punch.
This beer is thick and creamy but dries out with a nice minerality.
