Fess,  Dry Hopped Hefeweizen

A tribute to Professor Longhair and Tipitina's. Of course we had to dry hop the beer with Galaxy hops in honor of the band Galatic. The typical banana-clove flavors of a hefe play nicely with the troical and lilac notes provided from the Galaxy hops. Creamy and refreshing, come try it out!
