Just Kölsched My Baby,  Kölsch-style Ale

Crisp clean top fermented beer inspired by the great beers of Köln! We have been stacking the draft list with high abv beers, so we thought it was time to come back to earth a bit with a light and refreshing kölsch. I love this style of beer. The grainy sweetness, the grassy hop, the slightly fruity yeast profile, the light sulfur note we retained. Buckets and buckets of this could be drank on a sunny day at Care Forgot with your buddies.
