PEACOCK PLUME SYNESTHESIA

The Audubon Zoo famously has peacocks walking around freely. I took inspiration from my childhood experience of seeing those plumes open up in their beautiful display for this ipa. The vibrant colors you see - sometimes for only a few seconds - are what drove me to create a beer that you could taste the color... hence the synesthesia. This beer is tropical and dank.
