Winter Rose, Pseudo LA Rice Lager with Sake Yeast, 4% abv

We made a pink beer! This beer is a nod to the Camellia flower in New Orleans, sometimes called a winter rose as they bloom in the fall and winter. The Camellia flower originates from Japan, so we thought that a Louisiana Rice pseudo lager with sake yeast would be a perfect canvas to highlight what is really a sacred flower down here.

Floral, dry, fruity, and pink (from beetroot powder), this beer is crisp and refreshing. Perfect for New Orleans fall and winter weather drinking beer in the sunshine.
